INK+BEYOND 2013 Conference and Trade Show  [ Register Now! ]


In 2013, Newspapers Canada partners with the Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ), as well as the National Newspaper Awards to make a powerful statement about the strength and vitality of Canada’s newspaper industry.

The event takes place May 1 - 3, 2013, at the Westin Ottawa Hotel, just steps from Parliament Hill. Conference delegates can reserve their room at the special conference rate of $205 per night (traditional or deluxe room) by calling contact The Westin Ottawa at 1-800-937-8461 and telling them you are attending the "Newspapers Canada INK+BEYOND conference".  Rooms are available on a first come first served basis and need to be booked by March 30th, 2013, APRIL 5, 2013, to guarantee the special conference rate.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


I. INK+BEYOND Conference



Individuals wishing to attend INK+BEYOND must purchase their conference registration purchases on this site. Full Conference Registration packages and Day Passes are available.


Full Conference Registration: $550 to $1075

Register for INK+BEYOND before March 30 APRIL 5 and receive discounted earlybird rates. Members can also take advantage of members-only rates.

Included with Full Conference Registration:
  • Wednesday, May 1: Opening Night Cocktail Reception
  • Thursday, May 2: Breakfast, Sessions, Great Idea Awards Luncheon, Evening Reception and Dinner
  • Friday, May 3: Breakfast, Sessions and Luncheon (Edward Goff Penny Awards Presentation)

 

Day Passes: $350 to $450

Those unable to attend the full conference may purchase a Day Pass for Thursday, May 2, or Friday, May 3.

Included in Day Passes:
  • Thursday, May 2, Day Pass includes: Breakfast, Sessions, Great Idea Awards Luncheon, evening Reception and Dinner
  • Friday, May 3, Day Pass includes: Breakfast, Sessions, Luncheon (Edward Goff Penny Awards Presentation)

IV. Payment Options

 

Prepayment is required for all registrations. Access to conference events will only be granted if payment is received in advance. Secure online credit payments can be made on this site.

V. Cancellation Policy


Cancellations will be accepted in writing until March 30, 2013. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds after that date. Substitutions are welcome. Please contact Pauline Bleher at 416-923-3567 ext. 221 or info@newspaperscanada.ca.
